What is the lease term and the security deposit?

1 year (contact our office for special circumstances for a shorter lease). Deposits will vary depending on your approval. Can be from $500-1.5 times rent amount. Application fee, security deposit, prorated first months rent and fees associated with the lease (Tenant benefit package, utilities, pet fee, etc). Call for pricing.

Are pets allowed on the property?

Additional deposit per pet $500, $350 non-refundable per pet. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet, maximum of 2 pets

How do I schedule a tour and apply?

Please contact our office to schedule a tour. Our application fee is $50 an adult, and each applicant over 18 must apply and be listed on the lease agreement. We try to have an answer within 48 hours, this can sometimes take longer depending on any verifications we are waiting on.

Is parking available for residents?

Each H-Loft unit will receive one desginated parking space with additional parking spaces available on the street.
